Bradford Bio-fuels03: Bradford Bio-fuels

Cars running on diesel made from old chip fat? You must be mad, we hear you cry.

Well that's exactly what the Bradford Bio-fuels helping to achieve by processing used vegetable oil into commercial bio-diesel.

Once again, Why Waste has been on the case creating partnerships with restaurants and catering companies across the region. Bradford Bio-fuels collects the oil for free and so far we've managed to save 40,000 litres of used oil from landfill.

The exchange not only helps reduce waste but also helps create a greener fuel thus reducing carbon emissions in Yorkshire and beyond.
